Join us for a gentle mat class that is a full body practice for functional movement and stress management. We will begin with a slow warm up. This involves focusing on/connecting with our breathing, then gradually moving into a variety of postures that may be supported by props, such as yoga blocks and straps. You have the room to choose what versions of the pose are best suited for you during the practice. To complete our practice together, we settle in with a guided savasana/reclining rest. The class is suitable for all levels of experience. We alternate English spoken classes with Spanish & English bilingual classes.

Únase a nosotros para una clase de yoga suave que es una práctica de cuerpo completo para el movimiento funcional y el manejo del estrés. Comenzaremos con un calentamiento lento. Esto implica concentrarse en/conectarse con nuestra respiración y luego pasar gradualmente a una variedad de posturas que pueden ser apoyadas por accesorios, como bloques de yoga y correas. I understand that I am receiving yoga instructions from an instructor who is not an employee of You Call This Yoga. I waive and release any claims I may have against You Call This Yoga and ReCity Network, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents in the event of any harm, and they, as released parties, will not be responsible for any and all harm or injuries. I further allow You Call This Yoga to use my image in any promotional materials. This acceptance and waiver shall bind my heirs, successors and assigns.
