Gentle Flow Yoga and Sound Bath

Hey moms!!

Join us on April 10th at 6:30pm for a gentle flow beach yoga class accompanied by a sound bath. Brennah from Mud Lotus Arts and Tree Isaac with Sound Tree Journey will navigate our session, and help us ground and center ourselves.
No experience needed. Just bring a towel or blanket. if you don't want to do yoga you are more than welcome to come and enjoy the sound bath and meditate.
We will have waters and sodas and light snacks for after the class.... sunset is at 7:30 if anyone wants to hang out after the session to watch the sunset.
