Gentle Yoga every Monday from 6-7PM at the Auburn Senior Community Center (the gray metal building behind the Auburn Rec Department).This class is for all ages and abilities, with the only requirement being the ability to get up and down from the floor on your own.
We have a limited amount of mats, yoga blocks, and blankets available for use, but if you have your own, please bring them.
Gentle Yoga focuses on relieving stress in both mind and body. It's a very relaxing class and the perfect way to start a week!
