Gentle Community Yoga
Every Thursday morning at Common Fence Point Community Hall 9:30-10:45AM
Rev Shelley Dungan and Kate Ward alternate weeks leading this beginner-friendly, all-levels gentle yoga class. All are welcomed! No experience or registration is needed, cash at the door, sliding scale $10-$20 per student. Please bring your own yoga mat and thick blanket. You will leave feeling relaxed and restored. 🙏🏽🕉️💜
