It is finally time to take the leap and join that Yoga class that you have been promising yourself!
Yoga is for everyone all abilities are welcome and if you are experienced it's always refreshing to enjoy a stretch and slow flow!
In beginners classes you will enjoy a good stretch and learn various postures which will build up to a Blissful Yoga Flow. Classes also include breath work and a meditation practice.
