Gentle Awakenings Yoga at The Pinnner House

Join us second Saturday's at the charming Pinner House, a beautifully restored boutique bed and breakfast located in historic downtown Suffolk. This peaceful space is filled with natural light offering the perfect setting to slow down and connect back to yourself. Easily accessible from route 58 with on-site parking.

Yoga mats and blocks provided if needed! Please feel free to bring your own and any other yoga props for your comfort. A meditation eye pillow and small blanket or sweater recommended to keep you cozy during savasana but not required.

Stay after and experience the lovely Cafe Davina with 20% off beverages. They offer a variety of freshly brewed coffees and teas, crepes and other specialty items. Indoor and outdoor seating available inclduing garden views and the "famous" magnolia tree!

**Important - Class will start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself space to set up, settle in and avoid disruption to other attendees. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
