✨A new accessible regular Monday afternoon yoga session : chair supported ✨
The creative use of a chair will accommodate your needs and enable you to experience a full, uplifting yoga practice. Deeply nourishing your body whilst quietening your mind, you will grow stronger, develop a new vitality, fluidity & feel at ease with yourself. You will be encouraged to integrate more movement into all aspects of you life 💚
This may be of interest if :
*you are curious but thought yoga was not accessible to you.
*you would like to explore creative adaptions to your yoga practice.
*you use a mobility aid.
*you sit for long hours at work / home and would like to incorporate some movement.
*getting up and down off the floor is not for you.
*a chair would help you balance.
