One of my first loves was reading📚 so teaming up with the RC Miller library is a natural fit for me!Join me for a morning yoga class at 9 am. This adult class will offer gentle, all levels yoga movement, deep breathing and relaxation. Please arrive on time and bring your own mat and water. Two yoga blocks and a large towel are also very helpful!
