Please join SUNY Geneseo’s Department of the Performing Arts and the Geneseo Dance Ensemble for an evening of diverse, dynamic, and original dance works. Rising to New Heights is dedicated to Myrtle Merritt, PhD, and features works by faculty and student choreographers as well as artist-in-residence Sonia Dawkins.
The concert, artistically directed and produced by professor of dance studies Jonette Lancos, will be presented in the Alice Austin Theatre on March 5, 6, and 7 at 7:30 p.m. and March 8 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12, available at the Brodie Box Office prior to performances.
