𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
1. Explain core concepts of Generative AI and its distinctions from traditional AI.
2. Craft high-quality, context-specific prompts for HR applications.
3. Apply GenAI tools to enhance key employee lifecycle stages (recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance, engagement, retention, offboarding).
4. Generate HR content (job descriptions, policies, learning materials, communications) faster and with improved quality.
5. Identify ethical risks and implement responsible AI practices in HR.
6. Develop a personal action plan for integrating GenAI into daily HR workflows

Duration: 12 hours 4 sessions (3hours per session)
Schedule: Saturdays
