Set against the serene backdrop of Rancho Hidalgo in Avondale, this immersive morning will guide you through a series of thoughtfully designed experiences:

Begin your morning with a deeply restorative, all-levels Pilates session led by Nicole Warren. This gentle movement practice is designed to awaken the body, release tension, and ground you into the present moment.

Transition into a calming sound bath led by Athena Alchemy. Through intentional sound and frequency, this experience supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner stillness.

One of the most meaningful moments of the day — a guided reflection where you’ll write a letter to your future self.

Your letter will be mailed back to you at a later date as a reminder of what you felt, what you needed, and what you promised yourself in that moment.

Enjoy a thoughtfully selected lineup of local vendors offering jewelry, skincare, wellness goods, and more — creating space to explore, connect, and support community.

Throughout the space, you’ll also be able to enjoy:
