Bio: Charles was born and raised in NY, but came to live in NJ in 2004. He started working at the age of 13 in the construction world just to learn the trades and be able to have understanding how things work. That knowledge helped him as he started helping his mom flip some houses the “wrong” way. In 2017 he joined a mentorship that taught him the nuts and bolts of Real Estate, not having money he was taught as the first lesson OPM (other peoples money). Ever since then he has learned how to fix credit and raise capital with credit cards on both the personal & business side and even bought RE with credit cards. Today he focuses on generating passive income with multi families and other income streams that puts his money to work for him. Follow his journey and see what hard work can do for you, it all depends how bad you want it. He started with nothing, no money at all, and learned the strategies the rich use and has been a great implementer of them.
