General Monthly Support Meeting

Come along to our monthly face to face support meeting, where you are welcome to come along for a cuppa and chat and be with others who just "get it".
No pressure to share, if you just want to listen and be there, that's ok.
This meeting is being held in the community room at Tesco Extra Supermarket, Whitletts Road, Ayr, KA8 0QA.
If this is your first time attending a support meeting, please take a few minutes at the start of the meeting to speak with a befriender, and if you can, contact us beforehand, so our befrienders are able to look out for you.
Even if this is not your first time attending but you are unsure of where to go or would like support on arrival, in any way, please let us know beforehand.
We are here for you.
