We will go over the financial status of the league, including this fiscal year's Profit & Loss report.
We will give an update on projects that have happened through the year, and discuss planned projects for the upcoming 2026 season.
The last part of the meeting is a voting process to determine who will serve on the next year's EHLL Board of Directors (BOD). All roles on the Board of Directors, are completely volunteer and have no financial benefit to any member.
The BOD is responsible for all operations of East Hartford Little League and we ask that you consider joining the Board to help better the administration in any way you think you can. Be a part of what makes Little League so great! If you’re interested in joining the board, please email Jenilee at [email protected] to be placed on the ballot.
As a reminder....
East Hartford Little League is an entirely volunteer run, non-profit organization. It is the hard working parents and community volunteers that make EHLL work. They do everything from coaching, scheduling, ordering uniforms, working the concession stands, to serving as board members. Since 1950, our volunteers' hard work has been the reason Little League continues to provide quality team sports for our youth. We are asking you to please consider volunteering for the 2026 season, the success of the program depends on you!
All members in good standing are welcome to attend and vote.
