SMME may have a couple of quick announcements for members, but the majority of the time will be spent hearing from BrainPower in a Backpack and packing 24 grocery bags for BrainPower's 191 Community Pantry home visits through the Early Childhood Special Education program.1. Go to the Pleasant Avenue Entrance -- Door 9 -- Lower Parking Area
2. Enter through Door 9 to the left -- The door will be open and a BrainPower sandwich board sign will be on the sidewalk area
3. Go toward the main atrium area
We will be meeting in the main atrium where the 191 Community Pantry packs and stores its equipment and extra food supplies.
BrainPower in a BackPack is a volunteer hunger relief project through ISD 191, 191 Community Education, Burnsville High School Youth Services and Burnsville High School benefiting all students, staff, and families in District 191. They provide for 850 students every Thursday during the school year.
