General level suitable for all levels. My initial training was in Iyengar Yoga so when appropriate I use yoga props - bricks, blocks, belts, chairs etc to help students get into poses with healthy posture, breath and alignment. Improving breathing and breath awareness is an inherent part of all classes. If you are unsure if the class is suitable for you or if you have any specific injuries or conditions, please contact me for a chat prior to attending. The Treehouse community room is large, bright and always warm! The class is drop in, no need to book. One-off classes are £12, if you wish to attend on a regular basis you can purchase a four class pass for £40, usable any time. This pass can also be used with my Wednesday morning classes.
