Hey everyone,After a quiet period, it’s time to breathe some life back into ODEOLOGY - our events, our community, and our vision. 🖤
What better way to do it than at our Annual General Assembly - the meeting where we set the direction for ODEOLOGY 2026.
For those already involved, you know what we stand for: underground electronic music, with a strong focus on techno. If you’re part of the team, this is where we review, refine, and plan what’s next. If you’re not yet involved but want to be, this is a great place to see how it all works and join the community.
Agenda for the meeting is:
Vote in a new board – Chair, Treasurer, Secretary
Review the year – What worked? What didn’t? What’s next?
Review our Articles of Association – Making sure we’re aligned
Review the budget – Getting funding and how to use it.
Create new working groups:
Coordination team - Communication, logistics, and ensuring all teams work together smoothly
Community - Maintaining a strong community in the association
Production - Practical setup, event execution, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on-site
Booking - Finding and securing the best techno & electronic acts
Marketing - Growing the scene & spreading the word
Technical - Lights, visuals & crafting immersive experiences
Finances - Securing resources to keep us moving forward
Creative - What we can create that makes our events a special experience.
Planning for 2025 - Setting goals, developing event strategies, and shaping the vision for the upcoming year
