Is the thought of diving into your family’s genealogy intimidating and you don’t even know where to begin?

Join Historic Mesquite, Inc. for a moderated panel discussion featuring experienced genealogy researchers and reference librarians from around North Texas who will share their tried and true research methods and resources to help you get started. Highlights of online resources will be discussed as well as ways to access free educational resources.

Barbara Coakley, President, Genealogy Friends of Plano Libraries

Free genealogy resources and research materials will be available to attendees from area and state genealogical societies.

Doors open at 6:30p. Light refreshments and a raffle to follow the panel discussion.
