Join NAMI Charlotte for a Gen Z Mental Health Mixer - a safe and supportive event for young people to gently meet new friends, play a few games, enjoy guided conversations, have some snacks, and support mental health.

Hosted at the NAMI Resource Center by young adult volunteers, the event is safely located in South End within walking distance to the East/West Light Rail stop. Our location is secured during the event with free parking.
