Gems in the Shadow: November Sacred Ceremony
Gems in the Shadow is a community-centered space for personal growth, self-exploration, and meaningful connection, co-created and facilitated by Melissa Keating and Katrina Wiese. Through trauma-informed practices, guided reflection, and supportive conversation, we create space to explore the parts of ourselves that are often hidden beneath life's experiences.
Gratitude & Integration: Honoring What Has Grown
As the year begins to draw inward, we gather in ceremony to honor what has grown within us and the path we have walked to arrive here.
This Sacred Ceremony is an invitation to reflect on the experiences, lessons, challenges, and transformations of the past year. Together, we will create space for gratitude, not only for what has felt beautiful or easy, but for the wisdom we have gathered along the way.
Through reflection, grounding practices, intentional ritual, and community connection, we will explore what we are ready to integrate, what we want to carry forward, and what deserves to be honored before we step into a new season.
Come as you are. Bring the year you have lived, the person you have become, and a willingness to honor what has grown.
