GemFest: A Summer of Gems & Community

GemFest is Shop LC’s summer celebration of gems, creativity, and community. It is designed for crystal lovers, beading artists, jewelry makers, collectors, and makers from across the content creator and artisan community. The event will take place July 17–18, 2026, Friday through Saturday, at Shop LC, 100 Michael Angelo Way, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78728.

Guests can expect a welcoming, hands-on experience that includes opportunities to connect with other creators, attend creative workshops, learn from expert knowledge sessions, and participate in activities such as jewelry collection starting at $10, free jewelry repairs and appraisals, a summer fashion show by Shop LC, community and creative workshops, and food and refreshments.

We also offer participation opportunities for creators and community members, including free participation for invited community members, large setup spaces for displays, selling, or demonstrations, and workshop opportunities.
