Gelli Printing is an addictive process that allows you to create one-off and unique prints, by using mark-making tools, stencils, image transfer, posca pens, oil pastels and much more to create an intriguing piece of art. The Gelli Plate is a reusable printing surface made of a non-toxic synthetic gelatin and is vegan friendly.
I will guide and facilitate you through the process and will make sure there is plenty of opportunity for you to explore what has been taught at your own pace.
There will be no pressure during the session to create a finalised piece of art. It is about letting yourself go creatively, finding a visual release and enjoying the process.
Art is good for the soul, it helps release stress and anxiety, develops dexterity, creative thinking, mindfulness & problem solving. But most of all, art is a fun expressive form of communication that everyone should embrace!
All materials will be provided and no experience is needed. Join me and other creatives for 2 hours of relaxation, art, a hot cuppa and a tasty treat.
