Geelong & District Casting Club ICSF Challenge 2026

You're invited to compete in the Geelong & District Casting Club's ICSF Challenge 2026.
The competition consists of all 9 events as cast at the ICSF World Championship each year utilising their rules and scoring methods.
Casters can choose to cast in any number of events throughout the two days.
Fees will be $5 per event, $10 for 3 events or $15 for all 9 events.
There will be gift packs awarded across both days of the event along with major prizes awarded each day via a raffle draw.
Entrants will be awarded 1 ticket for the major prize raffle for each event that they cast. 1st place in each event will also be awarded 3 raffle extra tickets plus a $50 voucher from Compleat Angler Geelong. 2nd place in each event will be awarded 2 raffle tickets & 3rd place will be awarded 1 raffle ticket.
The draw will take place at the end of each days casting.
Besides winners in each of the 9 events there will be a Day 1 Winner, a Day 2 Winner, Pentathlon (Events 1-5) winner and an Overall (Events 1-9) Winner.
We are currently speaking to sponsors and will update the sponsors list as they come on board but expect an even bigger prize pool than 2025. (If you are interested in sponsoring the event please contact GDCC President Chris Baty on 0404810308 to discuss)
Saturday 26th - Geelong Casting Pool, Barabool Rd Belmont.
Start time of 10:30. Casting Schedule : Event 1 - Fly Accuracy, Event 2 - Fly Distance Single Handed & Event 6 Fly Distance Double Handed.
Sunday 27th - Belmont Common. Start time of 10:30. Casting Schedule : Event 3 - Spinning Accuracy Arenberg, Event 4 - Spinning Accuracy SKISH, Event 8 Multiplier Accuracy, Event 5 - Spinning Distance Single Handed, Event 7 - Spinning Distance Double Handed & Event 9 - Multiplier Distance Double Handed.
Rules will be as per the ICSF's International Tournament Rules Casting 2026 edition.
