Cast thine eyes to the west, to Valinor, to the sacred home of elves, to Geekway - Geekway to the West, that is! Geekway to the West 2025 is set for May 15-18, 2025. We will once again be at the St. Charles Convention Center, located just minutes from Lambert St. Louis Airport. The attached Embassy Suites hotel provides lodging suitable for the most discriminating of hobbits!
Hotel Patron badges open on January 4 at 8 AM CT, and offer the following:
Early access to the Geekway hotel block at Embassy Suites.
Special limited-edition Patron swag including a 2025 challenge coin and a freebie to be named later.
Grants access to all four days of open gaming, 24 hours a day for the duration of the convention.
Access to the vendor hall, game library (including the world-famous Play and Win selection), the ability to sign up for all tournaments and events, and participation in door prizes.
Access to the Patron Second Breakfast event on Friday morning, complete with live music (limited availability, must sign up in advance)
Price: $150. (or mithril pieces, your choice)
Non-Hotel Patron badges open on January 4 at 8 AM CT, and offer the following:

Price: $70.

Registration for Geekway Events (like Battling Tops, the Flea Market, World Series of Board Games and Double Exposure Regional Championships) will open on March 21 at 8 AM CT.
Envoy Demo Zone Events and other assorted tournaments will be available for registration on April 10 at 8 AM CT.
