Geeks Who Drink pub quiz nights at the Highball have consistently been voted the Best in Austin by readers of such fine publications as The Austin Chronicle (winner, Best Trivia 2019 & 2022) and The Internet. Hosted by John Smith and James Pound, these quizzes take full advantage of the Highball's stage and projection screen, so you can always expect more than just your usual trivia night.

Get your squad together and join us every Wednesday night at 8p to see if you've got the smarts to be crowned the king of the geeks (or of the drinks).

Newbie? That’s OK!

1. Bring a team (up to 6), or join one at the bar
2. It’s free to play (but order something, cheapo)
3. Expect 60-ish questions over 2 hours
4. Win free pints and other prizes*
5. Go on to massive fame, fortune, a happy home life, self-realization, etc.*
