Feast or Famine- cooking and eating in the 18th Century by Chris Lord-Barry. Chris has been teaching at the Queens County Farm Museum for over 30 years.The QCFM features an 18th century farmhouse. Her classes include a children's colonial cooking class, 18th century cooking demonstrations and adult colonial cooking classes. She loves to spread the word of colonial living and cooking techniques.A collaboration between Fish Guy Photos and übergeek Brewing Company, “Geek Talks” is a lecture series with a night of great beer, delicious food, and a wealth of knowledge shared by local naturalists, educators, researchers, and other geeks.
Festivities start at 700 pm, lecture starts at 800 pm
