Come join us for an exciting night of inspirational talks and innovative ideas about health and wellness!We have 7 local speakers who are innovative professionals in their field. They will give short talks to inspire your creativity and nudge you to a healthier life. There will be 15-18 minute talks designed to foster ideas and change.
Here is the line up:
1. Jon Ward MWS, MA, LMFT, EMDRS Owner on EMS Counseling services. Jon is doing a talk on psychology and Pain.

2. Kelly Benson, who has a company that flips houses and employees homeless people to help with the work and give them a purpose.

3. Nick Quinton (Get Fit with Nick) who owns a gym here in town, is going to talk about fitness.

4. Chris Schiller, Doctor of Pharmacy, CEO of Economy Pharmacy.
