Come and celebrate 10 years of Gedling Country Park at this FREE community event for all ages. There will be creative play, environmental activities and community stalls. Activities include:
Have a go at environmental craft and play activities, all using recycled materials - from Gedling Play Forum
Take part in interactive music workshops throughout the day, from Orchestra Of Objects
Learn about active travel from Ridewise, who will also have some second-hand bikes for sale
Hear how the park has developed over the last 10 years, and what's in store next for the next 10 years, from The Friends of Gedling Country Park
Browse a variety of community stalls, that will particularly focus on the environment, wildlife and sustainability
This event has been organised by Gedling Borough Council and The Friends of Gedling Country Park.
