We're excited to be hosting our August meetup at Battery 621, and this time we'll be featuring a handful of special guest speakers.

Our Panel
Jim Licko — Partner, GroundFloor Media
Jim is a partner at GroundFloor Media, a Denver-based marketing and communications agency working with companies looking to make a lasting impact on their brand, employees, and communities. He leads GFM's outdoors and conservation practice, with past work spanning Trust for Public Land, Conservation Colorado, Colorado's Outdoor Recreation Industry Office, and Beaver Creek Resort.
Thor Audiss — CRO, Rossmonster
Thor leads sales, marketing, and technology at Rossmonster, a Longmont, Colorado company building luxury adventure trucks and vans engineered and four-season tested for backcountry exploration. Previously, he was an early employee and VP of Marketing at Storyteller Overland, helping grow it into a $200 million national brand.
Mike Artz — Owner, Battery 621 and The Public Works
Mike is an award-winning entrepreneur and adventure photographer who has shot for brands including Jeep, Airstream, Red Bull, and Levi Strauss. He co-founded The Public Works, a brand think tank specializing in mixed media and custom fabrication, and Battery 621, named "Best Workspace in Colorado" by the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts.
Josh Thurmond — CEO, LavaBox
Whether you work in outdoor retail, gear, fitness, nutrition, nonprofits, or any corner of the outdoor recreation industry, this is your space. No pressure. Just good people, good beer, and good conversation.
