Casa's Faith FormationA special day for young adults!
In 2020, Pope Francis called for a renewal of a global celebration of young people in local churches and across the universal Catholic Church. In the global Catholic Church, this annual celebration is called “World Youth Day.”
This festival of faith for young people is held annually to give them the opportunity to grow in their relationship with God and to give them the knowledge and tools to be “doers” of the Word. The global Church wants to recognize their importance and empower young people to understand they are not only the future of our Church; they are the NOW!
The Franciscan Renewal Center (FRC) is an ideal location for this event as it is a place for spiritual growth, healing, and renewal. The FRC offers numerous meeting rooms for breakout sessions and the grounds have ample space to experience the peace of our God. Participants can visit the Blessed Sacrament, the Meditation Chapel, the Healing Garden, and the Labyrinth for quiet time to talk with God.
