GC SportsFest is here — and it's game time.

Whether you just moved to Guelph, you've been hearing about Game Changers and want to check it out, or you're a returning member ready to reconnect after summer — GC SportsFest is your welcome back.

Expect a full day of team-based games and challenges built for connection, not just competition — think tug of war, relay races, table tennis doubles, and a few surprises that'll test your teamwork more than your athletic ability. You'll be placed on a team from the moment you register, so come ready to bond, cheer, and maybe get a little competitive.

What to expect:

• A full day of games, from 10am to 4:30pm
• Team-based activities designed to help you meet new people
• Light breakfast included
• BBQ lunch — chicken, burgers, and hot dogs (vegetarian option available)
• Prizes for the winning team
