Session Nights - focus on a particular skill or feature that the group decided they want to practice that given night. Likely less cardio and miles and more repitition of a particlar skills based challenge. Skills level varies, but is likely advanced beginner to advanced. Come check it out! This is a laid back - peer to peer session night.
