GAWHE Leadership Development Academy

The Georgia Association of Women in Higher Education is excited to offer the Leadership Development Academy (LDA). This program is in partnership with the TRUIST Center for Ethical Leadership at the University of North Georgia. This program will look to offer the following over three live, in-person training sessions:

• Participants will participate in the Ethical Lens Inventory (ELI), developed by Dr. Catharyn Baird, CEO of EthicsGames, LLC.
• Participate in a debrief of the ELI which will include strengths, gifts, and challenges of your ethical lens, as well as blind spots and points of temptation
• Participants will learn how to recognize others' lens and how to develop ethical maturity
• Participants will learn how to use the ELI in conjunction with the Baird Decision model
• Participants will learn how the ELI affects their leadership
• Participants will receive traning on Conflict Resolution and leading through difficult times.
• Participants will reecive training around Confidence and Emotional Intelligence.
• Participants will receive training around Mentoring & Coaching, as well as Creating a Positive Culture.
• Participants wil network with peers and focus on career development/advancement.

Lead Facilitators include:

• Mr. Perry Tomlinson, Executive Consultant of the TRUIST Center for Ethical Leadership as well as Certified Trainer through the EthicsGame, LLC.
• Dr. Rose Procter, Executive Director of the TRUIST Center for Ethical Leadership as well as Certified Trainer through the EthicsGame, LLC.
• Other guest presenters throughout the program.
