Emerging NYC glamour photographer GavShotThis along with his @GavsPhotoshootParty production brand is excited to announce an upcoming travel content creation weekend retreat; #WhatHappensInVegas🏜 ! The weekend stay will consist of amazing photography events, great eats, parties & much more.

Price

Model / Photographer + Stay With Group Ticket $400 (covers stay and all photography events)

Deposit: $200 to confirm slot (due before July 5) (nonrefundable)

Payment 2: $200 (due July 19)

Deposit and payments can also be made directly to Gav via CashApp $GavShotThis and Apple Pay.

Attending photographers and models aren't required to attend every event And can use time between events to enjoy Vegas

Models your ticket purchase as acts as a model agreement and consent release to be photographed/filmed throughout retreat.

Photographers you are welcome to bring your own model releases to retreat and are required to if any content created will be used for commercial profitable uses.

Gavsphotoshootparty isn't liable for any ticket purchasers belonging throuhout retreat so please be mindful of your things.
Be sure to use this trip as a platform to create amazing content and network.

Models are recommending to pack and bring multiple swimwear, fashion and lingerie looks for use throughout weekend.

Models note that Gav will shoot you at each photo event and will deliver content a week post event. you'll receive link to select 4 edits per event. Additional edits will be $15 per photo. if interested in receiving downloadable watermarked copies of all the unedited photos taken throughout retreat that will be made available for $100.

BNB Stay For Models & Photographers Interested In Staying With Group Ticket

We are booking a BNB stay for group with multiple beds. (bnb address will be sent to all attendess directly)

home sweet home House Photoshootparty Details

Shooting will take place at BNB stay. Content can be shot in any of the bedrooms, living room area, kitchen, bathrooms or outdoor pool. Attending photographers will be allowed to shoot attending models one on one throughout event. Models will be allowed to charge photographers for 15 minute mini shoots in either swimwear, boudoir, implied or artistic nude genres using the max rates that we've set.
Max Rates
Swimwear/Lingerie $25 / Implied $35 / Art Nude $50

Rates to be paid directly from photographer to Gav using payment menthod of model's preference. (Cash, cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay etc.) Gav will pay models directly at end of event.

* photographers do note that one 15 minute swimwear / lingerie1on1 shoot is included in your ticket price complimentary. *

* models note that when working with attending photographers you are being compensated for your modeling services thus giving the rights and permission/release to the paying photographer. Photographers note that you’re required to to send models 3 edits per look you shoot within 30 days of event. Photographers are allowed to charge for additional edits or unedited/raw content. You're welcome to negotiate content deliverables with photographer interested in booking you*

We will be inviting vegas area models and photographers to this event as well giving you an opportunity to network and build with them.

Neon Museum Fashion Photowalk details

The will be a content trade photoshootout where models and photographers can shoot and create together before going out to club.
*photographers are required to send each model you work with at event 3 edits within 30 days post event

* models shooting with Gav is included in your ticket price*

Desert and Hidden Beach Powershoot details

Gav will shoot each model tfp for 15 minutes in whichever genre model would like; fashion, swimwear, boudoir, implied or artistic nude.

Photographers note that a 15 minute up to swimwesr one on one shoot is included in your ticket with attending model of your choice. If interested in shooting multiple models you will be allowed using max rates set
