🍽 Exclusive Gatsby-Themed Brunch – $100 per Ticket

• A full brunch experience on the balcony inside the City Center
• Live singer performance
• Tickets sold in advance only (No walk-ins)
• Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• 125 tickets available

• The Frank Art Gallery will be open to the public
• Outdoor art vendors will showcase their work

• 5-6 food trucks on-site

🎨 Kids’ Tent

• Featuring arts & crafts and face painting

🎶 Entertainment

• Live jazz performances throughout the day
• DJ on-site
