Guests will enjoy a 4-course dinner, upscale service, complimentary coat check, a roaming photographer, second-floor snack bar, and all the ambiance the mansion has to offer! A Three-man live jazz band will be performing in the west wing and a rotating pianist will be on the second floor, dancing highly encouraged! Guests have 3 dining times to choose from. • Oysters Rockefeller (two per person) baked buttery oysters topped with breadcrumbs, spinach, and parsley, served with grilled lemon
• Personal Charcuterie assorted cheeses, cured meats, nuts, olives, and spreads, served with grilled crostinis
Course 2 - (select 1)
• Red Endive Salad charred blood orange, pear, goat cheese, rosemary crouton crumble, honey mustard vinaigrette
• Truffle Cappuccino Soup rich truffle mushroom bisque topped with frothed cream and truffle shavings
Course 3 - (select 1)
• Surf & Turf 4oz tenderloin & grilled oishii shrimp served with duchess potatoes & grilled asparagus
• Butternut Squash Gnocchi (vegan upon request) homemade gnocchi atop sweet and savory brown butter cream sauce, roasted tomatoes, and sautéed spinach, topped with balsamic glaze, parmesan, and micro basil (add grilled vegan or regular chicken upon request with upcharge)
Course 4 - (select 1)
• Coconut Lemon Cake coconut sponge, lemon filling, toasted coconut, and lemon zest atop buttercream
• Chocolate Berry Tart chocolate cream tart, raspberry mousse, chocolate sponge, lemon curd, chocolate streusel, fresh raspberries, strawberry reduction
