Gatherings: Neurographic Art and Creative Wellness: In this three-week Neurographic Art and Creative Wellness series, participants explore a calming, transformative drawing method that blends expressive art with gentle mindfulness. You will learn the foundational Neurotrophic algorithms: flowing lines, rounding, connecting, and expressive color, while weaving in wellness practices that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and creative clarity. Each session builds toward a final artwork that reflects personal meaning, inner harmony, and creative wellbeing.
Judy Nemer Sklar is an artist, writer, and expressive arts facilitator with an M.A. in Art and is completing her second M.A. in Expressive Arts Therapy.
