The 2nd Gathering of the Eagles • Maui will be held on 12.12.25 (December 12th) thru December 18th at the VFW Post 3850 in Kihei HI. This grassroots gathering is presented & hosted by the Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Voyaging Society and features cultural and spiritual gatherings in the Spirit of Aloha. •|•
Our gatherings continue celebrating our intergenerational cultural heritage and is hosted in a beautiful outdoor setting on the Kihei shore. Like our Gathering of the Eagles, we ask that you ‘Come on your Own’ and make your own arrangements for your stay in the OGG.

We host morning canoe paddles and outings to the sacred sites and beaches, sharing and caring in the Spirit of tribal journeys. Camping and gear deliveries are coordinated with our committee and we will begin meetings in AUG/SEPT 2025 to finalize our itinerary and what is expected for all our participants.

This is a special gathering for our participants for the annual Gathering of the Eagles (each May), and we will ask all participants to sign a waiver for participation.

Travel & hotel arrangements are best taken care of well in advance (June 2025). Donations to our Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe Voyaging Society are welcome as well as donations to the VFW Post 3850 (our host site).
