Gathering | Journaling & Crystal healing retreat day

As the season turns and the days begin to shorten, autumn invites us to gather inwards.
GATHERING is a quiet, intimate day of journaling, crystals, ritual and reflection, inspired by the natural rhythms of autumn.
The day will include:
✨ Opening circle
✨ Guided meditation and breathwork
✨ Introduction to our seasonal crystals
✨ Deep, guided journaling in a beautiful journal filled with seasonal prompts made by Eloise Bound
✨ A ritual for releasing what is ready to leave
✨ Crystal intention-setting
✨ A grounding drum journey
✨ Time to pause, reflect and simply be
This isn’t about forcing ourselves to “let go” of everything that no longer serves us.
Autumn is more discerning than that.
Some things fall away.
Some things are composted.
Some things are harvested.
Some things are preserved.
And some things simply need time in the dark.
