Gathered in Legacy | An Afternoon Honoring Adela Hernandez Gonzmart

Gathered in Legacy is an intimate cultural experience honoring the enduring legacy of Adela Gonzmart and the families, traditions, and stories that helped shape Ybor City.

Hosted at the historic Centro Asturiano de Tampa, the afternoon will feature a special fireside conversation with members of the Gonzmart family of the 1905 Family Of Restaurants, reflecting on heritage, hospitality, community, and the importance of preserving cultural traditions for future generations.

Following the conversation, guests will enjoy a guided tasting of the Gonzmart family’s private wines paired with tapas in an atmosphere inspired by the spirit of Ybor City.

More than a wine tasting, Gathered in Legacy is a celebration of connection, storytelling, and the lasting impact of the families who continue to shape Tampa’s cultural identity.
All proceeds from this event are being generously donated to the Centro Asturiano for the preservation and restoration of our building.
