In a world that often asks us to move faster, we are gathering to move deeper. You’re invited to Gathered in Intention, hosted by Karissa with Sages by Sages. A sacred environment for women to breathe, reflect, and remember who they are beneath the noise.

What to expect:

Sacred Breath: We’ll practice the grounding "Rhythm of the Square" breath to settle our nervous systems.

Clearing the Path: A mindful smudging ritual to release the old and invite in the new.

Soul Inquiry: Time for quiet journaling and heart-led reflection.

True Connection: Being held in a space of non-judgmental sisterhood.

Whether you are feeling heavy and need to release, or feeling empty and need to be filled, there is a seat at the hearth for you. Come exactly as you are—messy, quiet, joyful, or weary. All of you is welcome here.

Gift: As you step away from our circle, you carry with you a Sacred Element Kit—a physical extension of the space we have woven together. A collection of treasures designed to help you recreate your own sanctuary, wherever you may be.
