Join us for this Gather & Graze event around the island on March 5, 2025 from 6–8:30 pm! Sauces…we will walk you through making a variety of sauces, from sweet to savory. Perfect for our evening menu. At this event, you'll enjoy:
Warm, freshly baked focaccia infused with aromatic herbs. Crispy crust, drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of Curio flake salt.
Spring green salad, dressed with a house made Gather salad dressing.
Succulent shrimp roasted with a blend of savory fresh herbs, drizzled with Calivirgin oils and vinegars, highlighting the shrimp’s natural sweetness.
Mouth watering beef tenderloin, seared to perfection. Top with one of the rich flavorful sauces.
Berry Pavlova. A delicate meringue shell topped with a medley of berries. Drizzled with the tangy-sweet raspberry coulis, this dessert is a perfect balance of fruity freshness and creamy indulgence.
