An effervescent citrus-cello spritz
Refreshing citrus and fennel salad on a bed of mixed greens. Features crisp, thin sliced fennel bulbs and juicy, segmented oranges, finished with a bright vinaigrette. Perfect burst of sweetness and acidity.
Aromatic jasmine rice prepared with fresh lemon and topped with toasted pine nuts, enhanced with citrus zest.
Tender filet of salmon baked in parchment paper. Salmon will be dressed with a delightful tangy citrus glaze.
