Some operate in dedicated gluten-free kitchens, while others may produce gluten-free items using gluten-free ingredients under the Texas Cottage Food Law in non-certified kitchens where shared equipment may be used. We encourage all guests to speak directly with vendors to ask questions and make informed choices based on their individual needs.
