Participants will learn practical tips for safely preparing, cooking, serving, and storing holiday foods to help prevent foodborne illness. Topics will include proper food handling, cooking temperatures, safe thawing methods, avoiding cross-contamination, and leftover food safety. The class will also provide simple strategies to help families keep their holiday meals both safe and enjoyable.
