About this Event
Gather & Grow is a FREE 6-week community gathering for families in the perinatal season presented by The Empowered Wellness Project. This series was designed to support from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond.
Join us for connection, conversation, learning, and play in a welcoming, air-conditioned space!
Here's what you can expect:
🤍 A welcoming community
Connect with other expecting and new families who understand this unique season of life. Come as you are. Children of all ages are welcome.
👶 Guided by experienced perinatal professionals
Gather & Grow is led by two Certified Postpartum Doulas, Certified Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaches, and Certified Community Health Workers who are passionate about supporting families with evidence-informed education, practical resources, and compassionate care.
👐 A different infant massage focus each week
Learn simple techniques to support digestion, sleep, tummy time, bonding, comfort, and relaxation. Expecting parents are welcome to practice using one of our baby dolls, so you can build confidence before your little one arrives. Thes techniques carry over to toddler and growing child as well! It is never too late to start!
🌿 A weekly caregiver wellness theme
Each gathering includes a simple self-care topic because caring for yourself is an important part of caring for your family.
🧸 Play, connect, and explore
Babies can play and interact while caregivers build friendships, ask questions, and find support.
