Gather & Grow - Goal Setting Workshop 2026

This event is designed to help you pause, reflect, and move forward with intention—no matter when you’re starting. While this workshop takes place at the end of January, it’s definitely not too late to set goals or intentions for the new year. In fact, it’s a great time to do it with more clarity, less pressure, and a fresh perspective.

This interactive session features guest speaker Megan Kessimakis, who will share practical, down-to-earth tips for setting goals/intentions, helping participants focus on what truly matters, and creating strategies that feel realistic, motivating, and aligned with their values (not just another to-do list).

The workshop shifts into a creative, hands-on session where reflection meets imagination. Participants will jump into a guided journaling experience filled with prompts, color, and choice. You’ll have the chance to design a journal that actually works for you—whether that means including an intention board, crafting a goal-setting “bingo” card, building a vision board, or experimenting with other playful layouts and tools.

This portion is intentionally low-pressure and high-fun—no artistic experience required. Come ready to try things out, make a little mess, and leave with something uniquely yours.
