Welcome to Gather & Grow with Cycles and Shadows Healing!

Each month we’ll meet to enjoy fresh air and new friendships, exploring a local landscape together while giving back through litter clean-up, invasive species removal, and other offerings of gratitude.

​You can expect a 60-75 minute stroll through nature alongside herbalist, Yoga teacher and holistic embodiment coach, Holly Ransom. Each Gather + Grow will include a monthly wellness theme and a brief opening & closing circle to share intentions, insights, highlights, and laughs.

Plus proceeds from your donations will go to local non-profits and organizations that we decide, as a group, to support :)
