Gather & Glow: A Women's Retreat in Downtown Petoskey

Join us for a rejuvenating weekend at Gather & Glow, a special retreat designed for women to unwind, connect, and celebrate the upcoming holiday season.

Taking place from November 15-17, 2024, in the charming heart of Petoskey, this retreat offers an array of exclusive experiences and activities tailored to enhance your well-being and spark your creativity.

Event Highlights:

Friday, November 15:

• 4:00 PM: Check-in at The Perry Hotel, our recommended venue for the weekend. While you are welcome to stay at any accommodation of your choice, we encourage booking at The Perry Hotel to fully enjoy the retreat, as most events will be hosted here.

NOTE: Hotel accommodations are NOT included with your event ticket. However, if you’d like to stay at The Perry Hotel, simply mention you’re attending the event when booking, and you’ll receive a special room rate!

• 4:30 PM: Welcome Gathering in the hotel lounge. Meet fellow participants, receive an overview of the weekend’s itinerary, and partner up for exploring downtown Petoskey.
• 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Ladies Opening Night. Delight in exclusive discounts, live entertainment, complimentary refreshments, and interactive experiences from local shops & restaurants. It’s the perfect opportunity to kick off your holiday shopping and discover the best of downtown.

Saturday, November 16:

• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Enjoy a Private Breakfast in the Reycraft Room to start your day right.
• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Morning Wellness Activity. Enjoy a guided Yoga session to start your day with relaxation led by Meagan Krzywosimski
• 8:45 AM – 10:45 AM: Gift Wrap Class with Jennifer Shorter. Master the art of wrapping gifts and practice on your purchases from Ladies Night Out. Games with prizes will also take place!
• 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Cards by Chris Class with Chris Smith. Create beautiful gift tags and Christmas cards.
• 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Free Time for Lunch & Shopping. Explore the shops and eateries of Downtown Petoskey at your leisure.
• 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Cheese Tray 101 with Katie Potts from Petoskey Cheese. Learn the art of building a perfect charcuterie tray and savor a tasting session with Fustini’s Oils & Vinegars.
• 6:00 PM: Progressive Dinner. Embark on a culinary journey through select Downtown Petoskey businesses, featuring a variety of cuisines and dining experiences.
• 8:00 PM: Fireside Chat by The Perry’s fireplace. Unwind with a drink and engaging conversation by the cozy fire.

Sunday, November 17:

• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast to fuel your morning before departure.
• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Morning Wellness Activity. Enjoy a guided Yoga session to start your day with relaxation led by Meagan Krzywosimski
• 9:15 AM – 11:00 AM: Painting Class. Tap into your creativity and enjoy a final artistic session before you leave.
• 11:00 AM: Checkout.

Refund Policy: Due to the large amount of preparation and limited tickets, we do not provide refunds or ticket transfers to other classes/events. If we have to cancel this event, we will issue you a refund. If you cannot attend for any reason, we recommend gifting your ticket to a friend or family member.
