Gather and Grow at The Wooden Nickel in Cottonwood

Celebrate our seventh issue, meet the people in our pages, and help cultivate community at a fun, casual, family-friendly gathering.
About this Event

Join Edible Central Arizona and fellow local food enthusiasts for a morning of cultivating both earth and community near downtown Cottonwood.

This hands-on gathering is a unique opportunity to connect with your local food system, meet the people in our pages, and help prepare a community space for next year’s growth. You might even think of it as a pre-solstice party.

Together, we will rehab several raised beds and take care of a few other essential, late-autumn garden chores. Afterward, we'll relax, connect, and enjoy delicious seasonal snacks generously provided by Montapata Farms and The Wooden Nickel.
